The Krant Estates Viewing Experience is a personalised property-viewing service designed for clients considering an international property purchase through Krant Estates. Where the conditions below are met, Krant Estates may provide a Travel Contribution following a qualifying purchase.

Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

The standard programme is available for qualifying new-build, under-construction and off-plan properties purchased through Krant Estates.

The standard minimum contracted purchase price is €250,000, or the equivalent in the local currency of the property market. The purchase price means the price of the property itself and excludes taxes, legal fees, financing costs, furniture packages and other ancillary costs.

Krant Estates may, at its sole discretion, approve participation for a purchase below €250,000 and/or offer a different Travel Contribution. Any exception is valid only when confirmed in writing by Krant Estates.

Resale properties are not normally included and require prior written approval from Krant Estates.

Participation and the applicable Travel Contribution must be confirmed by Krant Estates before the participant’s first property viewing.

The Viewing Experience officially begins on the date of the participant’s first in-person property viewing arranged or coordinated by Krant Estates.

Market research, consultations, calls and property selections carried out before that first in-person viewing do not start the 60-day period.

To qualify for the Travel Contribution, the participant must reserve an eligible property through Krant Estates during the viewing trip or within 60 calendar days of the first viewing, unless Krant Estates confirms an extension in writing.

The standard Travel Contributions for qualifying purchases are:

• Spain: €2,000
• Hungary: €1,000
• Türkiye: €1,000
• Florida: €1,000

The applicable destination, amount and eligibility will be confirmed before the first viewing. A Travel Contribution is a fixed commercial contribution and is not necessarily a reimbursement of the participant’s actual travel expenditure.

The qualifying property must be purchased through Krant Estates and Krant Estates must remain entitled to its agreed brokerage or referral commission in connection with the transaction.

If a participant independently identifies a property that was not presented by Krant Estates, the participant must inform Krant Estates before contacting, registering with, visiting through or negotiating directly with the developer, seller, agent or other intermediary. Where possible, Krant Estates may then include the property in the Viewing Experience and represent the participant in the transaction.

No Travel Contribution is payable where the participant has already registered or dealt directly with the developer, seller, agent or other intermediary in a way that prevents Krant Estates from participating in the transaction or receiving its commission.

The participant agrees to keep Krant Estates reasonably informed in writing throughout the purchase process where information is required to establish eligibility.

For an under-construction or off-plan purchase, the Travel Contribution becomes payable only after the binding purchase agreement has been signed and the buyer has made the initial payment required under that agreement.

For a completed property, the Travel Contribution becomes payable only after the purchase has reached the payment/completion stage confirmed by Krant Estates for that transaction.

No Travel Contribution is due if the reservation or purchase is cancelled, rescinded or otherwise fails before the applicable qualifying conditions have been satisfied.

Subject to the above conditions, the standard Travel Contribution will be paid by bank transfer or another method agreed with the participant within 15 business days after Krant Estates has verified that the required buyer payment and other qualifying conditions have been satisfied.

If an individually agreed contribution is expressly made conditional on Krant Estates first receiving its brokerage or referral commission, payment may be made after receipt of that commission. This condition must be disclosed to and accepted by the participant in writing in advance.

The Viewing Experience is an international Krant Estates service. Participation is not limited by the language in which the programme is presented.

Wherever reasonably possible, Krant Estates will arrange support from an adviser who speaks the participant’s language, together with the relevant local team and trusted partners. Availability of a particular language is not guaranteed unless confirmed in advance.

Krant Estates may update these Terms & Conditions for future participants and future Viewing Experiences.

Once a participant’s eligibility and Travel Contribution have been confirmed in writing, a later change to the general Terms & Conditions will not retrospectively reduce that confirmed benefit unless the participant agrees in writing.

Any exception, special arrangement, extension or different Travel Contribution is valid only if confirmed in writing by Krant Estates.

The programme is operated under the Krant Estates brand by Global Gateway Kft., Hungary.

These Terms & Conditions form the commercial rules of the Viewing Experience. Mandatory consumer rights and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited remain unaffected.
